Member of The Florida Bar since 1982. I have been a Supreme Court of
Florida Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator since 1989 and a Certified
Family Mediator since 1990. I have mediated more than 2,500 cases and
served as an advocate representing members of labor unions in more than 50
grievance arbitration hearings. I have also served as an arbitrator in hearings
conducted by American Arbitration Association, NASD and NYSE. I have been
a qualified arbitrator for State of Florida since 1989. I served as a Mediator in
the Department of Financial Services ‘2004 and 2005’ Hurricane Mediation
Program and have mediated hundreds of hurricane related insurance claims.
