I have 45 years experience in the casualty claim field with the past 20 years
specializing in residential and commercial property loss handling. I have attended
many multi week, daily and hour long classes, seminars and schools covering
everything from coverage interpretation, case law, legal liability, construction,
mold, roofing and other specialized areas etc. I have worked in all
phases of catastrophe handling from adjuster in the field to management of
over 100 adjusters with control of losses exceeding several 100 million dollars.
I have been involved in day to day claims as adjuster, supervisor, manager,
director, appraiser, company mediator and umpire. I have a reputation of being
fair to all parties involved in the appraisal process and do my best to get it
right.
