I have over 40 years experience in the field of appraising, restoring, buying
and selling of all types of personal property. This experience was gained in our
family business, Rikki’s Studio Inc. (Miami, Fl 1955 -1994). I am very experienced
in the appraising of residential and commercial furnishings. These
include but are not limited to art, antiques, custom furnishings, commercial
equipment, office furnishings, etc. Years of experience in the interior decorating
of fine residences in South Florida. As a licensed Public Adjuster in the state of
Florida since 1993, I have adjusted numerous large loss claims, which include
the dwelling, contents and loss of use. Numerous times in the past three
decades, I have been qualified and testified as an expert witness in state and
federal courts. I have worked as an appraiser and restorer for many of the
insurance companies in Florida.
Received my Public Adjusters License in Florida in 1993 and have been active
in this field ever since. Also licensed as a Public Adjuster in Georgia, North
Carolina and South Carolina.
