actual damages and accurate cost of repairs.
With greater than 12 years in the insurance industry investigating, negotiating
and settling commercial, residential, and liability claims ranging from thousands
to millions of dollars, I have dedicated myself to properly investigate damages,
determine an accurate cost of repair, and provide a fair settlement to the insured.
I have received praise from insurers and insured regarding my integrity,
impartiality and evenhandedness.
Specifically, I have managed claims for condominum associations, manufacturing
plants, road construction projects, hotels, small local businesses, and large
global corporations, as well as, handled natural disasters (Hurricanne Bonnie,
Floyd, Isabelle, Charlie, Francis, Jeanne, Irene, Katrina, Wilma and Ike), manmade
disasters, liability, fire, theft, and other claims for multiple insurance carriers.
Additionally, I have more than 2 years experience resolving complex mold
claims that involved working with professional engineers, Certified Industrial
Hygenist (CIH), and mold remediation contractors.
