Alternative Dispute Resolution Company, which recently expanded its windstorm
presence in Texas. He is certified by the Wind Insurance Network under their
certification criteria (2007) and completed the Advanced Certification (2008). He was
the 2008 Chair of WIND’s Legislative Committee.
He is involved in both residential & commercial umpire claims. A Cuban
American, he is fluent in written & spoken spanish. He is considered highly efficient,
