commercial properties. This includes general remodeling and renovation and
lead abatement work on city and county projects. My background includes
home inspections and Phase 1 Site assessment. For several years, I have

Mr. Middleton has been active in the insurance claims field for over 23 years.
Before founding Elite Claim Services, Inc. in 1999, he was employed for 14
years in the insurance industry. Over the last six years, he participated in 1,500
of appraisals consisted of residential, commercial, condominium and business
income losses with disputes involving the amount of loss reaching twenty million
dollars.
Mr. Middleton’s public speaking includes the Indoor Air Quality Association’s
seminar at Florida Atlantic University in March 2006 and March 2007 and
Windstorm Insurance Conference, “Umpire: What makes us tick” in Tampa,
2007.
Through elections, he was elected as Treasurer of the South Florida Claims

John Minor is a 2nd generation contractor, licensed in 3 states, and a certified
thermographer in building diagnostics. He has been involved in the successful
discharge of many claims as an expert in large loss property claim lawsuits
and disputes over the past fifteen years. His work is throughout the Southeast,
hired both by the plaintiff and defense, for a fair review of the issues at hand.

I have 45 years experience in the casualty claim field with the past 20 years
specializing in residential and commercial property loss handling. I have attended
many multi week, daily and hour long classes, seminars and schools covering

phases of catastrophe handling from adjuster in the field to management of
over 100 adjusters with control of losses exceeding several 100 million dollars.
