As a 40-year Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, and a real estate practitioner, Mr. Watson has education, training and multi-dimensional expertise in real estate development, property inspections and evaluations, engineering design, project management, cost estimating and feasibility analysis, maintenance management and facilities operations, plus litigation testimony.
Mr. Watson has managed multi-discipline design and construction of industrial and commercial real estate projects and public works projects from development concepts and planning and design phases, through completion and operations.
