My 34 years of construction experience stems from professional costs analysis
to full project management of various construction and insurance restoration
projects. My experience has taken me through various states. I have resided in
Florida, generally specializing in insurance restoration repairs and reconstruction,
as well as appraisals, property damage assessments and umpire services.
I have been directly involved and responsible for the initial inspections, damage
cost analysis, contracts, purchasing and sales, and manufacturing of various
building components, full orchestration/project management and customer relations
