I have over 28 years of insurance experience in South Florida, encompassing
negotiation of all types of property claims, including residential
and commercial.
I have built a reputation in our industry for providing a quality work product
including a narrative report, detailed estimate and delineated Appraisal Award
based upon my personal inspection of the loss. I feel that both the insured and
the carrier are entitled to know exactly what is being allowed or included in any
appraisal or umpire assignment.
I believe that integrity and fairness are the most important principles that
an appraiser or umpire can bring to an appraisal panel and personally abhor
the practice od “spliting the baby”.
I’m currently handling umpire and appraisal assignments throughout the State
of Florida and hold a Florida 5/20 Florida Adjuster’s license. Also working with
Bill Larabel Claims Consulting on appraisals and umpire assignments throughout
the State of Florida.
